系(xi)統(tong)的(de)原理(li)框圖:

本設(she)(she)計中,考(kao)慮到單片(pian)機(ji)具有物美價廉、功能(neng)強、使用方(fang)便靈活、可靠性 高等特(te)點(dian),擬采用MCS - 51系列的(de)單片(pian)機(ji)為核心(xin)來實現電(dian)阻、電(dian)容、電(dian)感測試儀的(de)控制(zhi)。系統分四(si)大部分:測量(liang)電(dian)路、控制(zhi)電(dian)路、通道(dao)選擇和(he)顯(xian)示電(dian)路。通過P1.3和(he)P1.4向模擬開(kai)關送兩位地址(zhi)信號,取得(de)相應的(de)振(zhen)蕩頻(pin)(pin)率,然后(hou)根據所測頻(pin)(pin)率判斷是(shi)否轉換量(liang)程(cheng),或者是(shi)把數據進行處理后(hou),得(de)出相應的(de)參數值。系統設(she)(she)計框圖(tu)如圖(tu)2-1如下所示。

框(kuang)圖各部(bu)分(fen)說明(ming)如下:(1)控制部(bu)分(fen):本(ben)(ben)設(she)計以單片(pian)機(ji)為核心,采用89C51單片(pian)機(ji),利(li)(li)用其管腳的(de)(de)特殊功能以及所具備的(de)(de)中斷系統,定時/計數(shu)器等。液晶(jing)顯示屏1602。鍵(jian)盤:本(ben)(ben)設(she)計中有(you)Sr,Sc,SL三(san)個按鍵(jian),可靈活控制不同測量參(can)數(shu)的(de)(de)切換,實現(xian)一鍵(jian)測量。(2)通(tong)道選(xuan)擇(ze):本(ben)(ben)設(she)計通(tong)過開關(guan)選(xuan)擇(ze)輸入到單片(pian)機(ji)中,單片(pian)機(ji)通(tong)過信號(hao)判斷相應顯示。(3)測量電(dian)路(lu):RC震蕩電(dian)路(lu)是利(li)(li)用555振蕩電(dian)路(lu)實現(xian)被(bei)測電(dian)阻(zu)和被(bei)測電(dian)容(rong)頻(pin)率化(hua)。電(dian)容(rong)三(san)點(dian)(dian)式(shi)振蕩電(dian)路(lu)是利(li)(li)用電(dian)容(rong)三(san)點(dian)(dian)式(shi)振蕩電(dian)路(lu)實現(xian)被(bei)測電(dian)感參(can)數(shu)頻(pin)率化(hua)。
