用串聯諧振給電纜做交流耐壓試驗的操作方法

     變頻(pin)串(chuan)(chuan)聯(lian)諧(xie)(xie)振耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)裝置(zhi)(zhi),主要(yao)由變頻(pin)控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),勵磁變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)抗(kang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)等(deng)(deng)組成(cheng)。廣泛用于電(dian)(dian)力、冶金(jin)、石油、化工等(deng)(deng)行業,適用于大容(rong)(rong)(rong)量,高電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)性試(shi)品的(de)(de)(de)交接和預防性試(shi)驗(yan)。SXXZ變頻(pin)串(chuan)(chuan)聯(lian)諧(xie)(xie)振耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)裝置(zhi)(zhi)配備(bei)(bei):變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、GIS系統、SF6開關、CT/PT、絕緣子、母線、電(dian)(dian)纜、套管等(deng)(deng)容(rong)(rong)(rong)性設備(bei)(bei)是變電(dian)(dian)站中常見的(de)(de)(de)一次(ci)電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)設備(bei)(bei)。根據220KV及以(yi)下變電(dian)(dian)站一次(ci)電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)設備(bei)(bei)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)試(shi)驗(yan)規(gui)程要(yao)求,相應的(de)(de)(de)交/直流(liu)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)設備(bei)(bei)既(ji)要(yao)滿(man)足(zu)高電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)、小電(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)(de)(de)試(shi)驗(yan)條件(jian),又要(yao)滿(man)足(zu)低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),大電(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)(de)(de)試(shi)驗(yan)條件(jian),要(yao)求兼顧較寬的(de)(de)(de)適用范圍,采用串(chuan)(chuan)聯(lian)諧(xie)(xie)振的(de)(de)(de)原理,由變頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)控(kong)制(zhi)箱、激(ji)勵變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、電(dian)(dian)抗(kang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)組成(cheng)。

 工頻(pin)交流耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)是用于鑒定發電(dian)機絕(jue)(jue)緣強度的(de)有效和最直(zhi)接的(de)方法,根據(ju)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓與(yu)工作電(dian)壓的(de)波形(xing)、頻(pin)率一致因素來(lai)判(pan)斷發電(dian)機是否能(neng)夠投入運行。此(ci)項試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)是發電(dian)機絕(jue)(jue)緣試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong)一項關(guan)鍵(jian)性的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)。

??需要特別注(zhu)意的是在(zai)用串聯諧振給發(fa)電(dian)機(ji)做交流(liu)耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗前,首(shou)先必須(xu)對(dui)其它各項非破壞性試驗結果(guo),如絕緣電(dian)阻(zu)、泄漏電(dian)流(liu)等進行綜合分析判斷(duan),在(zai)確定(ding)被試驗發(fa)電(dian)機(ji)能夠承受(shou)耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗的電(dian)壓(ya)后,再進行試驗,以免在(zai)交流(liu)耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗中造(zao)成不應(ying)有(you)的絕緣擊穿。

??如何用(yong)串聯諧振給發電(dian)機做交流耐壓試驗,具體操(cao)作方法如下:

??1. 先進行過(guo)流保護設定(ding),按照試(shi)驗變壓器高壓側額定(ding)電流的(de)1.2倍整(zheng)定(ding)。

??例:被(bei)試驗激勵(li)變壓器(qi)高壓側額定(ding)電流為(wei)50A,所配置互感器(qi)為(wei)50/5,則其電流繼電器(qi)應調整為(wei)5A。

??過壓保(bao)護設定,按試驗時的電壓的1.1倍整定。

??例:該(gai)試(shi)驗(yan)電壓為39kV時,則其顯示器(qi)應調整為43kV。

??2. 把分壓(ya)器的電纜線接(jie)(jie)到控(kong)制臺高壓(ya)電壓(ya)兩接(jie)(jie)線柱上,此時要(yao)確(que)定接(jie)(jie)地(di)線連(lian)接(jie)(jie)牢(lao)固。

??3. 將激(ji)勵變壓(ya)器(qi)的高(gao)壓(ya)電流與(yu)控制臺高(gao)壓(ya)電流兩接線(xian)柱接通. 然(ran)后對耐壓(ya)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)進(jin)行整定。將試驗時(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)設置到所需的試驗時(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)。

??4. 按照指示圖所示連接(jie)好試(shi)驗接(jie)線(xian)并檢(jian)查無誤后,合上控(kong)制臺的斷路器,此若(ruo)調壓器不在零位調壓器將自動(dong)回零。在沒有(you)接(jie)通電源前將電抗(kang)器鐵(tie)芯間隙調節好,觀察(cha)升降及間隙限(xian)位保護(hu)功能是否正常(chang)。

??5. 接通(tong)主電(dian)(dian)源,按動“升壓(ya)"按鈕將電(dian)(dian)抗器(qi)升壓(ya)到(dao)(dao)幾百(bai)伏(fu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),通(tong)過改(gai)變氣隙來(lai)調諧使輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)達到(dao)(dao)最高,調諧完畢后即可升壓(ya),升壓(ya)到(dao)(dao)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)值時,試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)裝置會(hui)自動耐(nai)壓(ya)計時,等(deng)達到(dao)(dao)設(she)定耐(nai)壓(ya)時間后,試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)裝置會(hui)自動降壓(ya)到(dao)(dao)零。

??試(shi)驗完畢后斷開電(dian)源。

??試驗時,有(you)關工作人員需(xu)加(jia)強對被試設備(bei)的監(jian)護,一旦出現(xian)(xian)異(yi)常現(xian)(xian)象,迅速將調壓(ya)器降(jiang)壓(ya)并斷開(kai)電(dian)源。
